Why I'm Doing This

Rugby taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and rising to challenges. It gave me the confidence to step into big moments and the resilience to grow from tough ones. Now I want to help others find their strength, both on and off the field. Supporting Pro Project Promotions is about more than sport, it is about showing people they are not alone, and that with the right support, they can go further than they ever imagined.

Career Highlights

I had the honour of representing England on the international stage during one of the most competitive periods in the sport. I was part of the squad that reached the final of the 1995 Rugby World Cup in South Africa, and I played a role in multiple Five Nations campaigns, helping England secure titles with a forward pack built on grit and unity.

At club level, I spent the majority of my career with Northampton Saints, where I became known for my physical presence in the second row and my commitment to the badge. Standing at 6 foot 10, I brought height, strength, and leadership to the pitch, but the most important thing I brought was a deep love for the game and a respect for those I played alongside.

Life After Rugby

When injury brought my rugby career to a close, I stepped into a new chapter that allowed me to grow in other ways. I moved into broadcasting and presenting, covering major sporting events, working with the BBC and ITV, and finding a new voice in front of the camera.

Along the way, I have also taken on acting roles, motivational speaking, and community work. Every experience has taught me that no matter where life takes you, the values you learn in sport, teamwork, focus, humility, always stay with you.

I am proud to support Pro Project Promotions because it represents something real. It brings people together, encourages belief, and reminds us all that support can make the biggest difference.
