Respected British boxing trainer and former professional fighter with over 16 years of experience developing champions at every level.
Why I'm Doing This
Boxing has shaped my life for as long as I can remember. I came through the amateurs, turned pro, and spent over 16 years working with fighters at every level. I am doing this because I want to give back to the sport that gave me so much. Young fighters need the right guidance, not just in the gym but outside of it too. With Pro Project Promotions, I see a real opportunity to help them stay grounded, stay hungry, and stay on the right path.
Career Highlights
I have been in the corners of some of the biggest nights in British boxing. I have worked with world-class fighters like Anthony Joshua, Ricky Burns, Conor Benn, John Ryder, and Martin Ward. I have trained Southern Area champions, Commonwealth champions, British and European champions. I have seen what it takes at every level, from small halls to packed arenas, from local shows to world title stages across the globe. Every fighter I work with knows I bring my full focus and expect the same from them.
Life After Boxing
When I finished competing myself, I threw everything into coaching. I knew I had something to offer — not just from my own time in the ring, but from the years I had spent watching the best up close. Coaching gave me a new fire. It gave me purpose again. Now I work every day to help fighters build real discipline, real belief, and a mindset that will last far beyond boxing.
The Challenges I've Faced
This sport will test every part of you. I have had setbacks. I have seen fighters come and go. I have had to rebuild, refocus, and keep pushing when things did not go to plan. But every challenge gave me something valuable. Now I bring that experience into my work with fighters. I want them to learn from my journey, to feel that steady hand in their corner when things get tough. Because having the right people around you can change everything.
