Job Brief

We have a requirement for x2 SQS’s to manage two separate £40m - £45m projects, we have just secured in London West End.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Commercial lead on a £45m Project, will be expected to work in tandem with the Project Manager.
• All aspects of the day to day project SQS role will be required, from tender analysis, to package procurement, pre starts, placing full subcontract orders, valuations, variations and payments, CVR
• All internal reporting, Monthly Cashflows, Directors Reports, CVRs
• The SQS will be responsible for the successful financial delivery of the project.
• Must be able to comfortably deal with the client and all aspects of the professional team on a daily basis.
• Background in High End Resi / 5 Star Hotels / Cut & Carve / New Build is a must.
• Project Value £40-£45m

Essential Qualification

• Minimum 15 yrs experience, ideally with some Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Fully conversant with administering all aspects of both JCT D&B and JCT Trad. contracts.
